• If you are having problems with your office computer
  
• Answer questions about the computer or application software you are considering.
  
• Answer questions or problems you have with application software.
  
• Help to convert files from DOS or Windows to Macintosh format, or vice versa.
  
• Drop off a damaged diskette so that we can try to recover your files.
  
• Borrow manuals for common desktop applications.
  
• Provide tutoring on desktop software.
