Outlook 2003
Beginning in June 2007, the Office of Technology will start upgrading all campus computers from Microsoft 2003 to Microsoft 2007.
Outlook 2003 training materials are located below. Should you need assistance with Outlook 2007, please click the Outlook 2007 Support link on the right side of this page.
Outlook is Bloomsburg University's email software. Outlook operates from the Exchange server, and the network design is based on Microsoft's Active Directory. This incorporates integrated software and servers that will provide additional network services, improved network security, enhanced backup and recovery, and simplified network administration.
Outlook can be accessed two different ways:
1) Via the full featured desktop client version. Click on Start, navigate to Desktop Software and choose Outlook 2003. Tutorials are featured below. A quick reference card is available under the quick reference cards on the righthand side of this page.
2) Via the internet using the web interface, Outlook Web Access. This allows great flexibility; end users can view and compose university email from any computer that has an internet connection. A quick reference card is available under the quick links on the righthand side of this page.
Please take time to view the following tutorials, which are based on the full featured desktop client version of the software. These will assist you with the most common features in Outlook.
