All mailboxes have been moved from the Exchange 2003 servers to the Exchange 2007 servers. Main differences are in the webmail interface. Please view the important features offered in Exchange 2007.

Access Outlook using either of the following ways:

Using the full featured desktop client Click on Start, navigate to Desktop Software and choose Outlook 2007. Tutorials are featured below.

Using the internet interface, Outlook Web Access.

Webmail allows great flexibility; end users can view and compose university email from any computer that has an internet connection. For assistance, please view our quick reference card.
Limitations of Webmail (must use desktop client for these):
1) Cannot assign delegate permissions.
2) Cannot open other calendars of folders if you have been given delegate rights.
3) Viewing of archive or personal folders created on your office hard drive.
