Wireless Access

Bloomsburg University supports an 802.11B/G wireless network in most academic buildings including: Andruss Library, Bakeless, Centennial, Hartline, Haas, McCormick, Navy, Nelson, Old Science, and Sutliff. Wireless connectivity is also available in Ben Franklin Hall, Kehr Union, Monty’s, and the Robert D. Warren Student Services Center. There is also full wireless coverage outside in the Academic Quad.

Bloomsburg University is in the process of making wireless service available in the residence halls as well.

The wireless network will allow anyone with a wireless (WiFi) equipped laptop and a university account access to all network services, including the internet, without plugging into a network jack. Specific instructions for logging into the wireless network can be found at http://library.bloomu.edu/wireless.
