New Employee Accounts (or revisions to existing accounts)

 

To request a new user account, or to update access for an existing account, please go to the S: drive. Look in the BU Documents folder and fill out the document titled Access Authorization Request. The second page of the document contains the instructions for completing the form.

SAP for New Employees

 

An SAP Request Form will need to be filled out for any employee needing to use SAP for ordering supplies, entering leave, or checking budget information. This form may be found on the S drive under BU Documents.

After submittting SAP Request Form and receiving notification employee account is ready, setup and navigation training may be requested by contacting Jim Gessner. Info and setup/navigation tutorial here...
