  • Posters must be for research purposes only.
  • Posters will not be printed for personal use.
  • We reserve the right to refuse printing to anyone.
  • One week notice is required for all print jobs.
  • We only use 44" wide paper rolls. Either the width or length of your poster may exceed 44", but not both dimensions.
  • We are not responsible for formatting or editing posters. They will be printed as they are given to us.
  • Complete the form below, you must attach your file as well.
    • Acceptable file formats include: .ppt and .pptx; .pdf; .jpeg ; .psd (Photoshop)
  • Please fill out all of the information with *.
  • Once everything is complete you must then agree to the terms prior to submitting.
  • $6/sq. foot - Price may vary depending upon size of poster and amount of ink used.
  • Cost will be charged back to the Faculty Department once the $300 allotment is expended.
    • Approval from your Department Chair is needed in order for requests to be processed.
    • Upon clicking the 'Submit' button on the form below, an email will be sent directly to your Dept. Chair requesting approval.
    • Please be sure to select the appropriate Department for the Department Email field in the form below.
  • We will print what is given to us - Faculty are responsible for the cost of reprints due to the file being incorrect.
  • Posters can be picked up at the Instructional Media and Design Center - AL 206.
